Every dang time I see a truck full of lumber on the road, I hear, "It's a disease, Jimmy"  Some things ya just don't forget, I guess.  I remember these commercials seem to always play when the Vols played on the Raycom game of the week, or whatever the hell that network was called back then.  I maybe they played em during the Fulmer show that was rebradcast on the old SportsSouth.... I forget that, but I can't forget this dang commercial....

Back in the Jefferson Pilot days?

That's it, Jefferson Pilot, which I think used to be Raycom, but I might be wrong.  It seems like Jeff Pilot more or less morphed into the SEC network, but again, I might be wrong about that.

Before it was JP, it was the TBS game of the week. Remember this banger of an intro?

And while we’re walking down Memory Lane, remember Leonard’s Losers?

Yes on both. GameDay headed to Knoxville and listening to Lenard's Losers on the car radio. Good times.

Oh yeah, we have all grown old.  LL show was a classic.  I'd luv to listen to reruns of that show.

I didn't realize how many Vol games were telecast on TBS.... I can only remember watching a handful.  I remember getting my first real job in the DC area in 91 and sitting in my apartment one saturday afternoon watching us play Jackie Sherill and the Bullies..... along with a 10 pack of tacos from the Bell.  I can still remember what a beautiful day it was there in the outskirts of Annapolis.  I'm not sure if I saw any Yellawood commercials that day, but oh that cartoon intro to SEC on TBS is priceless.

Mr. Yellawood, "Ah shucks" Jimmy Rane, hasn't done too bad for himself.  Today he is worth $1.2B and is the wealthiest resident of AL.

I used to mostly read Leonard's in the paper that was free at conenience stores, then it was on the web.  And also the Two Daves.  \

I did hear LL a few times on the way to a game, but that wasn't common. I only went to 2-3 games a year is a big reason why I didn't listen to him more.
