But it was already over. Bend but don't break was the wrong plan. Every year we have the wrong plan. No matter the coach. Truly astonishing. How long was the 1st FL touchdown? 63 yards? The two games Butch lost in 15 & 17 were on 63 yard plays. Beware the Florida 37 yard line lol |

It was a bad...scratch that, HORRIBLE first half for sure. But I'm glad we adjusted so well. Butch Jones never adjusted ti anything. Ever.  |

Florida played keep away on purpose...We didn't get all better on defense the 2nd half. Florida just lined up and whipped our asses. A Napier coached team at that.

I agree. Still I expected more of an attacking D. Just extraordinary over thinking. You have a high powered offense, but you choose to let the other team dink & dunk & control the clock. 16 minutes in two drives. Incredible how it went wrong again... don't get me wrong, offense didn't help when it mattered. Flummoxed again...LB depth ain't there yet & DB is not talented enough. |

Disagree. They tried some of the same outside runs in the second half and we shut them down. FWIW, I listened to the gaytor postgame show and the talking head (a former coach of some sort) did give us credit for playing better D. There is also no doubt that Napier put them in cruise mode (which was a stupid decision), but I saw a D playing better in the second half. Let's see how they do against UTSA....South Carolina...etc. |

We were blitzing downhill at lot in the first half. Nowhere near as much in the 2nd half Usually, one of the safeties was moving towards the LOS at warp speed (well all deliberate speed if it was Tank) |

How in the frick could our D play worse....Florida geared it back and played keep away. UF had the ball 37 minutes to UTs 22. We played some better but was aided by what Florida was doing. TOP was flat pitiful. |
