It's time we admit that we've reached our limit with Joe (past time IMO) and start preparing for '24.

No reason he shouldn?t play at least half of the next two (preferably more than that), even if the game is still in doubt. Especially if the game is still in doubt.

Apparently he has been in 3 games and Heup essentially said he was redshirting

Pretty sure bowl games don?t count for RS purposes. If so, he should be good to go.

He can play against Vandy and still redshirt....He will probably start Milton next week and try and get a lead and get in Nico some. The way we've been I'm not sure we get a big enough lead to get him in.

At best, we're going to get a mid tier bowl, and that will be based on UT's fans willingness to travel and not so much the performance against Candy

Starting Nico shows me more about Heupel's character than his win/loss record

Well it needs to be permanent if it?s not already. With so much roster uncertainty for bowls these days, you shouldn?t be penalized for trying to plug holes with freshmen.

It still applies...Bowls don't count against a redshirt....Per reports.

With all the opt outs in bowls now it should be that way.

Arguing is fun, but all of the above is correct.
