I wanted the SEC out....But IMO when it got down to Bama and FSU it was Bama had a 5th ranked SOS and FSU SOS was 55th. Then add in FSUs QB issue.

I agree, Phil. I was not a neutral observer and readily admit it - I wanted the SEC to be left out - but there were arguments to be made for both teams.

I still think that leaving out an undefeated P5 champion was the wrong decision, but a case could be made for Bama.

I said all along likely bammer was in if they won.  I was hoping I was wrong, but unfortunately not.

I can see the case for excluding FSU.  they looked awful last night on offense.

Had Texas been excluded after beating bammer, I think that would have been very wrong.

I am okay with how it turned out, would have been ecstatic had bammer been excluded but just knew that was unlikely.

So (gagging) Go Wolerines, go winner of Texas UW if necessary.  Anyone but bammer!
