Billy Joel just released his first new pop song in over 30 years (he did have an album of classical piano compositions in that time). And at nearly 75, he still sounds remarkably good. I?m sure his voice is getting some engineering assistance here. But still, this is better than most of the stuff on his last 3 albums.

Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they

This I did.

Anyone that divorces Christie Brinkley isn't real bright IMO.

Christie has been divorced 4 times. How many does it take to make you start thinking she might be the problem? Could be bat$$&t crazy. Not hard to look at though. Same as Jennifer Anniston. She just can't keep a guy. Things aren't as they seem sometimes.

He is one of those few artists that when he plays all his greatest hits, he could play for hours. Kinda like Elton.

He's been married 4 times. I'm sure he's the perfect husband.

I like him, and some of his early hits are really good ("had to be a big shot", "you might think im crazy", etc), but as time went by he kind of got "meh" to me. I was in HS when he went through his "Downtown girl" phase, which to me, is when he went 100% pop and wasn't really rock anymore.  Not that there weren't some good tunes on that album, but it was just different than his earlier stuff.

Fun fact...Downtown Girl was actually originally written for Elle MacPherson, who he dated for a time.  Then when he started dating Christie Brinkley he made it about her.

Elle MacPherson...I don't care what anyone says, she is THE model of all time. Period, dot. No one else is even close.
