We seem to be losing good coaches on pretty much lateral moves..

This is the 1st lateral move
Also, took him at least 4 days to decide
Even with the massive over pay he got

Eck to the inside and Chop to the outside
Improve recruiting and Chop can still help RG on the DL
(Edit) AP says no Eck to the inside

WIN/WIN

If that doesn?t happen there are several LB coaches that could move in as well

BTW, we most likely will get a lateral inbound at RB coach
