Tennessee federal judge Clifton Corker has granted an injunction to the state of Tennessee and Virginia in the attorney general?s case against the ncaa

The ncaa once again LOSES in court!
"The NCAA's prohibition likely violates federal antitrust law and harms student-athletes."
"Accordingly, (plaintiffs) are entitled to a preliminary injunction enjoining enforcement of the NCAA's 'NIL-recruiting ban.'"

An informal review of our rivals? reactions: UF fans are the only ones who can see more than a foot in front of their face (probably because they were also under investigation). Bammer, UGA, and UK fans are dialing up the fake outrage. They just want to see UT go down for our egregious ?violations?. ?They?ve destroyed college sports!?. So I guess maybe now they?ll all lead by example and refuse to discuss NIL with recruits, right? Yeah, I didn?t think so.
