And I assume there is some selection committee.  I wonder who they are...

JMO....Unless we play in the SECCG we won't have a chance of the playoffs. If we finish with 2 losses with our less than stellar offense and no SECCG we don't get in. And 3 losses won't get us in.....Notre Dame is about to get in with no championship game. That will be the next major change when teams get booted out that played in championship games and teams get in that don't.

I don't think so. If we beat everyone else except GA then I think a 2 loss TN gets in, especially with Arkansas playing better and winning games. Arkansas could have ~8 wins at the end of the year.

It depends on what happens elsewhere. Before the season, 10-2 looked like it would be enough. But OU and NCSU sucking like they have has really hurt our SOS. We should probably generally root for the teams we've already played. Bammer, Arky, and especially UF can help us a lot down the stretch, as they'll be playing a lot of our SEC competition. We also need to root against teams like Indiana, Notre Dame, and Pitt.

Or we could just beat UGA's ass and make it a moot point.

True....and not have one of our yearly collapse games that we are 3 TDs better than.

Right now, based on what I'm reading, we are not in.

I think we have to beat UGA to be in.

Didn't that already happen?

I am ready for the first poll that counts to be released on Tuesday, see where we are, and then adjust any thinking.  All the rest of the talk is just a bunch of noise up to this point to sell ratings and clicks.

The Ark greasy turd game is liable to cost us unless we win out
