Our basketball game, baseball game, and the Severance finale will all be airing at the same time Thursday night.

In the opposite of what I ususally have been doing, I will be in Rupp Thursday, amd watching the BaseVOLS on my phone
I will be in the 5th row on the baseline near the basket on the (KY) Home bench end of the court

What is this Severence you speak of?   

Best show currently on TV. One of the main characters is a UT grad.

I read yesterday that DVD's are making a comeback...Maybe Blockbusters on every street corner will comeback too.  And we have 2 VCR's...so bring those back also.

I read yesterday that DVD's are making a comeback...Maybe Blockbusters on every street corner will comeback too.  And we have 2 VCR's...so bring those back also.

I can see that. Especially for older movies/shows that may be deemed "offensive" by today's thought police. Disney has zapped several of their older films from all streaming platforms. And even more recent shows like The Office and South Park have seen certain episodes disappeared. You want to see this stuff and assure you'll have it forever, you buy it on physical media.

The article stated that the quality was much better with the DVD's and that was a big reason it was coming back.....They said much like the vinyl albums making a comeback. I've got 45's and 78's that would stack to the ceiling...but I don't have a turntable to play them anymore.

I wish I still had my 1970's big console with the colored TV on one end and the super high 5 stereo...turntable...8 track player on the other end. That was the prettiest piece of furniture in my house and it was the size of the dresser in our bedroom.
