Great day for the Vols.

The Lady Vols Softball team still has to play two more games in Norman.

But, since OK is the #2 team and three time consecutive winner of the women's softball world series, I thought that the Lady Vols could be swept.

But, they won the first one. To win two would be a statement.

For those that don't follow the sport, OU softball is probably as close as it gets to a "dynasty" in D-1 college sports right now. Beating them at their place is a big deal.

That said, we have to play them at least twice more, so I kinda wish our girls hadn't acted like they won the natty after the game. Their team will probably remember that.

Yea, I thought that they were overly excited to win one game.

LVs lost to OU 4-1 yesterday. Rubber match today.
