We played them even in the second half, although it didn't seem like it. 35 points each.

Unfortunately, that first half was the killer.

I guess some days you throw it up there and it won?t go in.

Seems like Alabama had the same problem

It was one of those days, especially in the first half. The real killer, as CRB said in the press conference, was the second chance points that Tennessee gave them in the first half. Oh well, it was a great year and I'm thankful that I got to watch this group play for the Vols.

Unfortunately, that first half was the killer.

About the worst half I've ever seen.  Houston had identified and did a good job of taking away ZZ's lane drives, and unfortunately, with the outside shots not hitting, we don't have much else.

Around 8 minutes left in the first half, Lanier tried and missed three straight threes, then Gainey came in and hit two shots to end the half, which was about the only positive that happened in the first half.  Should have tried that way before we did.  Might not have been the difference, but it would have at least kept us closer.
