I have an estate case in Florida that I am litigating.  I need a rough appraisal on some property in Cocke County Tenn.  Just an opinion from a realtor will be fine now.  TIA.

IV is Middle TN but maybe he knows someone.  Beach may know someone.  I think he is near Elizabethton.

Upstream flooding coming down for sure.  I don't think it got the direct rainfall (Western edge maybe), but the mountains definitely feed the French Broad River
