It was a good season ending too quickly.
They need more hitters. There just isn't enough a pop in the lineup.
Have to go all out in the portal to find some hitters and &$#+ing DEFENSE. It would be a damn shame to waste KP's four years In Knoxville without a big trophy to show for it.

I give them as pass for that. We were a fledgling program still playing in a dumpy makeshift stadium in Tyson Park. In hindsight, it's a miracle they got MA to come out here from CA in the first place, and they definitely couldn't surround her with 10 other players at that same level. The Weeklys deserve credit for getting those teams as far as they did.
But 20 years later? Those excuses don't fly anymore. I'm not calling for Karen's job yet, but she definitely didn't cover herself in glory this past week. And if she lets KP come and go without winning a title along the way, that would be a pretty big indictment of her program.
