In view, the Brazzell issue could be a nothing burger, IF he takes care of his business
IF he takes care of the license issue and regain his license, which shouldn't be difficult, then most likely the DA/courts should dismiss the charge
As you jokingly refered to, I'm sure the Player Leadership counsel and Heup will provide the incentive to have no repeat issue(s)

worst case, driving on a suspended license is just a fine.  Its typically  NOT dismissed, but also is not that big a deal.
