All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.

Not shocked
I'm surprised it was announced this soon
Reading between the lines of Heup's post scrimage PC it seemed clear that Joey was going to be the annointed one but usually Heup is more circumspect in announcements

Not sure a QB that didn't go through the Spring....has been on campus only 4 months and is named the starter 2 weeks into camp is the greatest thing. Here's hoping for the best.

I'm a believer in QBs with success at the lower levels being able to move up. It generally is true.

But I guess you have to define "success" also.  He was successful enough for me to have some confidence in his potential.

I think he will put a good team on the field. We just ain't loaded at the skill positions like we have been recently.

Track record the last two years on tweaking not so great. I'd say its a legit concern.
