What?s interesting is that they seem to be pretty good at run blocking. Sampson leads the SEC in rushing. But pass blocking? They?re like a bunch of matadors out there.

The left side, for most of the night, couldn't run block to save their lives
On Sampson?s 23 yard TD run, Heard was trucking it down field and leading the way.
We pulled both the LG and LT on the play, the LG had the kickout block that opened the hole (TE sealed the inside) and then Heard was moving down and had a good block around the 10 to open the lane to the endzone
Heard also had a good block the 2nd time Sampson scored in OT
I spent some time watching the OL.
As the game went on Heard seemed to get his feet under him and played much better. Was he perfect? Absolutely not but you saw the potential for sure
He needs to work on his initial set on pass plays, tends to get flat footed
A big observation for me was he didn't seem to get as winded as he did at Ark. A lot of his best plays were in the 4th and OT
The biggest issue to me on the OL is the right tackle. Three (3) major penalties and a tendency to play bullfighter rather than RT
If you are going to make a change on the OL, RT is where you make it IMO
