Right now on the outside looking in. Way to $hit the bed Heupel against a very bad Ark team.

Tennessee going to need a lot of help to make it in. The process likely becomes even more unlikely if A&M defeats the Longhorns. I think that A &M would probably jump us in the poll while I think it would be unlikely that Texas would fall below our ranking.

The Arkansas cluster turd will be our undoing. Heupel is good for at least one greasy turd per season.

No, because the deal is, the highest ranked teams from the MW and Big 12 get auto bids regardless of rank.

No... committee knew what they were doing. At 11th Boise-BYU etc will jump us. We will need a lot of help as it stands. Not right...Indy hasn't played anyone...Penn State either and lost to the only one they did play. Teams that get left out would be favored over some teams that got in.

I think all we need is for the Horns to beat the aggies AND a loss by Bama(@OK or vs Aub), Ole Miss(@UF or vs MSU), OR UGa(vs GaTech).  That will probably get us in as long as we finish strong.

I don't think we need 'a lot' of help.  Simple example...per their projections, Texas will beat Tamu and bammer in the SECCG and get the bye.  I think that's highly unlikely.  If Texas loses to Tamu, they are out.

Key question is what happens if Texas beats Tamu, and then loses to bammer?  That might be a coin flip between us and UT junior, but my guess is they will incline to the runner up.

My expectation is that if bammer loses to Texas, we get in ahead of a 3 loss bammer.  Interestingly though, they have Texas getting the bye and bammer still in.

I think the reason for that is that the committee didn't factor in all the "what if" scenarios, they just gave their opinion of what it would look like today, without considering future matchups/elmination games.

There are some other scenarios.  Here is my take.  I am glad we are ranked 11th at least, and let's just see how the last two weeks work out.

Final note, if a 3 loss bammer gets in ahead of a 2 loss Tennessee, I will personally storm the NCAA office and string up the committee head.

Disclaimer:  I will not storm the office nor lynch anyone, but that doesn't mean I would not want to

I just don't like the idea of any 3 loss team playing for a national title. They've proven they aren't the top team already. I just hope Colorado doesn't get in. Cant stand Deon. They would lose a bunch of games in the SEC.
